Tube of choice – I used the awesome free art of Sheila Craig. The tube I used was “Beauty” and you can download it HERE. Check out all her FTU art at http://voodoo4u2nv.deviantart.com/
Filter – Mura’s Filter Meister: Copies (Free). You can download it HERE.
Font of choice – I used “BlackJack Regular.” It’s a free font, which you can download HERE.
Word Art – Supplied by me – scroll to the bottom of this tutorial page. You will see the word art – it is a .png file, just right-click and save.:)

You will need a good working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial. This tutorial was written using version X2.
Open a new canvas, 800 x 800, transparent.
Open Glitter2, copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Apply Mura’s Copies, using the settings below –
Open Glitter1, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Apply Mura’s using the same settings as before.
Glitter1 (the black glitter) should be your bottom layer, and then Glitter2 (green) should be above it. Save your progress.
Open Paper 8, and copy and paste it onto your canvas, as your top layer.
Open Frame 2, and copy and paste it onto your canvas, as your top layer.
Still working on your frame layer, free rotate it 90 degrees to the left. (Image>Free Rotate, or CTRL+R) Be sure that “All layers” is Unchecked.
Using your pick tool (the arrow), move your frame slightly to the left, so that it is in position X: 102, Y: 63 (see below)

Duplicate your frame layer. (Right-click on your frame layer and choose duplicate.)
Mirror and flip your duplicate frame. (Image>Mirror, then Image>Flip, or CTRL+M, then CTRL+I). Save.
Merge your two frame layers together (Right-click on the top frame layer and choose Merge>Merge Down).
Using your Magic Wand tool, Mode:Add, Tolerance and Feather set to 0, click inside each side of your frame.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 3 pixels. Selections>Invert (or CTRL+Shift+I)
Activate your paper layer, and hit the delete key. Selections>Select None (or CTRL+D). Save.
Open Glitter6, copy and paste it onto your canvas. (It should be below your frame and above your paper.)
Free rotate the glitter 15 degrees to the right. Move it to position X: 186, Y: 209.
Lower the opacity of the glitter to 35%. (Right-click on the glitter layer and choose properties, or use the slider at the top of the layers toolbar).
Duplicate the glitter layer. Mirror and flip it. (Image>Mirror, then Image>Flip, or CTRL+M, then CTRL+I). Save.
Open flower1, copy and paste it onto your canvas, as your top layer. Move it up to position X: 320, Y: 43. Save.
Apply a drop shadow to your flower1, I used 5, 5, 65, 5, black.
Open journal1, copy and paste it onto your canvas, as your top layer. Free rotate it 15 degrees to the left. Move it to the bottom right of your canvas. Save.
Apply a drop shadow to your journal1, I used 5, 5, 65, 10, black.
Open your word art, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Move it to position X: 420, Y: 98. (Or you can use a different word art or type out whatever you’d like.)
Open your Beauty tube – resize it 50%, then copy and paste it onto your canvas. Mirror it, and move it to position X: 135, Y: 207. Save.
Apply a drop shadow to your Beauty tube, I used -2, -5, 85, 8, black.
If you are going to resize your tag, do it now. I resized to 500x500. Save.
Add your credits – your tag is never complete without proper copyright info ;)
If you used my word art, please add “Lyrics by Bell Biv Devoe”, which is provided with the word art.
Add your name (I added a gradient glow and drop shadow 3,3,85,8), save as a .png file, and you are done!
