You will need a good working knowledge of PSP to complete this tutorial. This tutorial was written using version X2.
Open Stamp Frame 6. Duplicate it and close the original.
Image>Rotate Left
Image>Resize – Resize 71% (Be sure Resize all layers and Lock aspect ratio are both checked.)
Image>Canvas Size using the settings below:

Open Vellum 1, resize 50%, copy and paste onto your canvas. Drag it below your frame layer. Save your progress.
Lower the opacity of your vellum layer to 50%.
Open Web, resize 50%, copy and paste onto you canvas. It should be above the vellum layer but below your frame layer.
Move the web to the top right corner, so that about half of it is off the canvas – you want the center part of the web to be in the corner of your tag.
Duplicate the web. On the duplicate layer, Image>Mirror (Ctrl+M).
Save your progress.
Open Spider 1, resize 20%, copy and paste onto your canvas.
Rotate the spider 20 degrees to the right (Image>Free Rotate or Ctrl+R, be sure All layers is Unchecked). Arrange the spider on the web in the right corner.
Duplicate the spider. On the duplicate layer, Image>Mirror (Ctrl+M).
Save your progress.
Open Paper 24, resize 50%, copy and paste onto your canvas. Move it below your frame layer, and above all other layers.
Choose your Magic Wand tool, set the Match Mode to None, and the feather to 0. Activate the frame layer, then click inside the frame.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 5 pixels. Then, Selections>Invert (CTRL+Shift+I).
Activate your paper layer and hit the Delete key.
Selections>Select None (or CTRL+D).
Save your progress.
Open Word Art 1, resize 62%.
Choose your selection tool, set to rectangle (or you can use freehand selection). Draw out a rectangle around the word Happy.
Hit Ctrl+C to copy the word, then paste it onto your canvas (Ctrl+V).
Back on your word art, hit Ctrl+D, then select the word Halloween.
Hit Ctrl+C to copy the word, then paste it onto your canvas (Ctrl+V). (You can close the word art now)
Arrange the word Happy at the top of your tag and the word Halloween at the bottom of your tag.
Save.
Open your tube, copy and paste it onto your canvas, below your frame layer.
Arrange it so that the face is showing in the frame.
Open your tube. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, drag it below your frame layer, and arrange it so that the face is showing inside the frame.
Apply a drop shadow. I used 4, 4, 55, 8, black.
Choose your Magic Wand tool, set the Match Mode to None, and the feather to 0. Activate the frame layer, then click inside the frame.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 5 pixels. Then, Selections>Invert (CTRL+Shift+I).
Activate your tube layer and hit the Delete key.
Selections>Select None (or CTRL+D).
Add a new raster layer as your top layer (right click on your layers palette and choose “new raster layer”)
Selections>Select All (CTRL+A), Selections>Modify>Contract by 2 pixels, Selections>Invert (CTRL+Shift+I)
Flood fill the selection with your color of choice, I used #551f2d.
Selections>Select None (Ctrl+D)
Now, add your copyright info, license number (if applicable), and tagger’s mark (if you use one).
Finally, add your name. I set the foreground color to off, and the background color to #551f2d. Then I changed the blend mode to Luminance.
Save as .png file and you’re done!
